  I worked with James for over a decade, often working closely on the same project. James is extremely bright, thriving on technical challenge with a real passion and energy for innovation. He is an excellent communicator, able to share his enthusiasm with stakeholders at all levels. He works equally well in small teams focussed on innovation and as a leader of large teams where he is able to inspire and provide clear technical direction.
